The autopsy in Nye Frank case does not meet medical guidelines. Has homicide with natural cause of death in Riverside County by DR Mark Fajardo. The prosecutor office refused to release the report with out internal affairs help. Then Prosecutor office Cheif Deputy Mike Rushton sealed the autopsy records. They did not give the case a criminal case number and closed it without a trial. This was a strangulation of a 68 year old man by a 27 year old man professionally trained in judo and wrestling. The killer states he was never in fear, knew the old man was almost 70, and never backed away. But Riverside County called it a mutual combat. The elder has zero history of fighting. The father on the sheriff audio states he was told how and what to say by friend of DA Rod Pacheco to the head homicide detective and the prosecutor.
